Since this is the first time in a while I didn't boycott Valentines' Day, I thought I'd share .....
Yep, that's my Valentine
He cooked me an amazing dinner ... lamb (cooked 2 different ways), potatoe/leak soup that was SOOOO good, and this beautiful salad with pears, cheese, walnuts ...... BACK OFF, ladies .... he's all mine!
I wish this picture was scratch and sniff ..... you wouldn't believe how great the smell was in that kitchen!
Killer tongs .....
Poor guy was so tired he could hardly keep his eyes open! He did all this after being at work for 12 hours, and turned around and did it again today!
